Convert Warning Message V4096 into Error Message

Dear Experts

My requirement is Changing Warning Message V4096 type into Error Message type.

For Example

In VA02 if i change Order Quantity from 8 (Original) to 9 (Updating) it should throw me error message not warning.

that i achieved by changing type in Tcode OVAH.

But, My requirement is if i change the target quantity from 602,650 to 602,651 in VA42 for the same Sold to Party, it has to accept 9 in VA02 but not more than that, If i enter 10 it has to Display error Message.
