Re: SAP Design Studio 1.6 :Connection refused error

Right am stuck at this login page , I specify the right link as below

http://newbowebserver:8080/dswsbobje/services/session 

but I get the error from the Client Tool

NULL SERVER "NEWSERVER":6400 NOT FOUND OR SERVER MAY BE DOWN (FWM 01003)

CONNECTION REFUSED : CONNECT

Am I missing anything , may be in the CMS ?

Also am able to open the Design Studio applications from the BO Launchpad but they return a "cannot refresh info provider" error.
