there are two options
Option 1:) Customer Exits in SAP EHS MANAGEMENT
=> check
C1070001 EHS: Additional checks for a char. value assignment instance
OPtion 2: Use of BADI: EHSS_SPEC_CHECKS
(e.g. https://www.consolut.com/en/s/sap-ides-access/d/s/doc/YN-IF_EX_EHSS_SPEC_CHECKS~~~~~~~~AT_SAVE_CHECK)
The last option is in my opinion the right one
