Changing batch determination in Process order

Hi All

Iam using batch selection criteria for order type and plant.

I want to display batches in batch determination that meet the selection criteria. when batch determination is called then initially all batches are displayed as per election criteria.

I have maintained this setting in strategy type

I want to  change selection criteria in batch determination  but when I select selection criteria then i dont see create and change button.

Please could you inform how to see  create and change button  in  selection criteria is pressed.
