I guess you are transporting ICO itself to PO and not the classical configuration?

As per the screen shot it suggest that the business system that you are having in the source system(old PI system) has not been maintained in the new PO SLD.

Please maintain the source business system in new PO SLD and also maintain the target business system in the PO SLD. Configure the target business system for source business system in PO SLD. Similarly to how you maintain the SLD for your production system when you move a transport/.tpz file from development box to production box.
