Our company is tightening security of user accounts recently and providing roles to individual users to prevent the use of any generalized account sharing. In specific we have users in our Accounts Payable department that scan & link invoices to companies in OAWD. Recent changes that allowed users to see all available DocTypes in OAWD now allow all these users to see all workflow items as well that they don't really need to be seeing. Is there any simple way to limit what users see in workflow to protect certain information to only be viewable by specific users without restricting their access in OAWD?
Currently all configuration is done in Tcode PPOME I believe.
