Scan functionality with UI5 application

Hi Team,

I am developing a UI5 custom application. I have a requirement for a scan functionality. I looked for the possible solution and came across the below one,

1. Using cordova scanner lib we can implement the functionality. but this implementation is using device camera as a scan device. 

Requirement have heavy usage of scan feature so camera will not suit here.

**Can we have support to the the external scan device/soft scan device which we can integrate with SAPUI5 app to achieve the scan functionality.
