Note : SU3 parameters will only get populated when there user parameters are marked for SET/GET checkboxes. Check in DDIC structure whether your field IWERK has been marked for SET/GET.
If it is not marked for SET PARAMETER/GET PARAMETER, then take ABAP help to check those checkboes.
