I am working on a scenario where I need to copy the VC BOM line items from quotation to Sales order.
Using the copy control, I am able to get the line items from the parent quotation.
The issue is that the manual changes on the quotation doesn't get copied over to the sales order.
While debugging this further, I found that due to the STNEW in TVCAP table, it re-explodes the BOM and does the re-pricing.
Also the FM responsible for price copy only picks up the firs line items prices from parent document than the prices from all the BOM line items and hence, the pricing is done without the old manually changed prices from quotation.
Its okay to re-explode but re-pricing takes out all the manual condition maintained.
any pointer or any OSS note which I can refer to solve this issue.
