For me on the middle of the installation a warning shows saying that the pbjvm126.dll cannot be registered. Available options: retry, ignore, cancel. Ignore let the installation complete, but doesn't work in silent mode, where it cancels the installation when the problem occurs.

I'm on EBF 4091.
