Why do you need dynamic action for applicant action for initial entry or similar one? The applicant action should include the IT 6 in the AP menu of V_T588B.
In V_T582A for IT 6, in "Create w/o start" with value '1' , the date of entry is defaulted. Check the help text enclosed for Default Start date (V_T582A field DAVO).
For applicant action nor for employee action, IT 6 is not usually created with dynamic actions,
