for 1. FTPS issue -

We do not have any hierarchy levels involved here for this certificate . I have already cross checked that part .

Also , FYI. the Telnet trace route and ping tests are working fine from both ends at os levels.

2. SFTP Fingerprint - We are using SFTP sender channels here.

Any other suggestions from your end !
