I would like to know how Customer Returns are processed in SAP Cloud for customer which is integrated with SAP ECC?
I am asking this question from an angle wherein a customer has contacted you via phone or email for which you are creating a ticket in SAP C4C application. Then from the same ticket; how I would be able to process a customer return in C4C-ECC integrated environment.
I would be interested in knowing based on what settings in SAP C4C -> a return order will be triggered in SAP ECC. Also would like to know if the ticket is getting updated with ECC transactions.
