I Could like understand system behavior 

step-1 created production order qty-2

step-2 confirmed operation 10- qty-1-saved  counter-1

step-3 confirmed operation 10- qty-1-scrap-saved. counter-2

MD04 Scrn

step-4 cancelled confirmation counter-1 unable to understand variance of  2-  in below production order scrn.

I think value 1- could have populated.
