Remove stock from blocked stock via inspection lot

Hi Everyone,

I have an issue where I have stock that is in blocked stock and I see that here:

I want to be able to remove that blocked stock to QI or unrestricted. I did MB1B and 349 movement type but that didn't remove it from blocked here. Does anyone know how to remove that blocked stock?
