According to our Oracle DBAs, ours is set to this:
NLS_LANG is AMERICAN with National Character Set AL16UTF16 and NLS_CHARACTERSET AL32UTF8.
So, does this work for our Repository/CMS database or is the AL16UTF16 an issue?
