Material Integration from ECC to C4C

I am sending a material via the BD10 transaction in ECC to the C4C system.    The filters are defined for the sales organization in the BD64 transaction.  When the Idoc is generated, it is NOT putting in the sales organizational information, therefore when the materials is created in C4C, the material does not get the sales organizational information.

Why would the Idoc not be generating the sales organizational information?
