SAP CRM7.0 EHP3 BSP error problem

     hi all

       I have a proble with SAP CRM 7.0 EHP3.....I installed newly when i gave transaction CRM_UI it got bsp error i checked SM52  in that VMC not active status i tried many times to activate but not activated

                           HOW to resolve this problem
