Oracle Update stats for all tables once in a month - help required

Hello All,

Please let us know if we can run the below command once in a month for ECC and BW system

brconnect -u / -c -f stats -t all -f collect -p 4

Will it impact the performance of Oracle database 11.2.0.4.
