SAP MM PO creation and change through PPM

Hi Gurus,

Im looking for  PO creation in ECC from PPM Task through standard and not navigating to ME21N  screen for PO creation.

Please suggest any programs, tables or config for that.

Also if there is any change in the scope of the task ( time or price) it should trigger the changes back to PO.

If any one have implemented such logic or functionality please reply.
